| dc.description | Penelitian ini membahas tentang kondisi tata kelola teknologi informasi di kbid Ummi Khasanah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Akbid Ummi Khasanah telah menerapkan tata kelola TI yang baik. Fokus penelitian ini hanya pada 3 proses Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 5 yaitu APO07 (Mengelola Sumberdaya Manusia), DSS01 (Mengelola Operasional), dan DSS03 (Mengelola Masalah).
Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan wawancara. Kedua metode tersebut berpatokan pada model COBIT 5. Hasil pengolahan data akan digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kematangan tata kelola teknologi informasi di Akbid Ummi Khasanah. Setelah diketahui tingkat kematangan proses TI akan dilakukan analisa untuk mengukur gap kondisi existing dengan kondisi yang direkomendasikan oleh framework COBIT | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to discuss about condition of information technology governance at Akbid Ummi Khasanah. This research aims to determine the extent to which Akbid Ummi Khasanah have implemented good IT governance. This research focused only on the three IT proses of Control Objective for Information and Related Technology (COBIT) 5 APO07 (Manage Human Resources), DSS01 (Manage Operations), DSS03 (Manage Problems).
Whilst the instrument rated by questionnaires and interview. The method is based on the Model COBIT 5. The data processing will be used to determine the maturity level of IT governance in Akbid Ummi Khasanah. Research then was continued by analyzing gap IT processes existing and IT processes based on the COBIT framework recomendation. | en_US |
