LATAR BELAKANG JEPANG MENJALIN KERJASAMA KEAMANAN DENGAN FILIPINA TAHUN 2013
Abstract
The bilateral Relations between Japan and Philippines has been established since long before the World War II. Recently, Japan strengthens the relations by extending the cooperation in the economic field to the military. Japan inaugurated the security cooperation in 2013 under the Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s government. The two countries agreed to form a security cooperation agreement which addressed as a response in facing the enhancement of China’s military capability in each region of Asia Pacific. This research will then analyze more about the security cooperation between Japan and Philippines in response to the enhancement of China’s military capability in the region.
