This research aims to analyze the mechanisms and patterns of enforcement applied Dompet Dhuafa in fostering the beneficiaries as well as the Institute Mentas Unggul Program to evaluate the performance of the Institute Mentas Unggul in improving well-being community economic beneficiaries. The type of field research using qualitative approach and use descriptive analysis method. The techniques used to collect the data researchers then interpreted in accordance with phenomena and problems that are found in the field for research is the observation, interview and documentation study. The subject of this research is the institution of Dompet Dhuafa and Mentas Institute Unggul Program Beneficiaries. Test the validity of the data using the technique of testing credibility with the method of triangulation source, test the transferability, depandibility test, and test konfirmability. Referring to the methods from Miles and Huberman. The results of this research are: first, Dompet Dhuafa in the Program of the Institute Mentas Unggul can already run well in accordance with the mechanisms and patterns that have been applied to the institution.
