dc.description | Media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu komponen pembelajaran yang
mempunyai peranan penting dalam Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar. Pemanfaatan media
seharusnya merupakan bagian yang harus mendapat perhatian fasilitator dalam
setiap kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu dalam tugas akhir ini kami membuat
Simulasi Engine Management System dan analisa ECU (Electronic Control Unit)
bertujuan agar dapat mempermudah pemahaman tentang sistem EFI (Electronic
Fuel Injection).
Pada proses analisa ECU ( Electronic Control Unit) meliputi analisa secara
visual pada ECU (Electronic Control Unit) pada bagian luar maupun bagian dalam
ECU (Electronic Control Unit). Dan langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan
perbaikan atau penggantian sesuai dengan hasil pemeriksaan yang dilakukan.
Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan tegangan yang di lakukan pada pin soket
ECU (Electronic Control Unit), dari ECU (Electronic Control Unit) ke sensorsensor
maupun ECU (Electronic Control Unit) ke aktuator seperti injektor. Dari
hasil pemeriksaan yang di lakukan pada setiap terminal pin soket tersebut maka
dapat di simpukan bahwa terdapat kerusakan pada signal IDL dan VTA karena hasil
dari pemeriksaan tersebut tidak sesuai standar spesifikasi. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Learning media is one of the most important components in teaching and
learning activity. Media usage should have gained more attention from any
facilitators in the classroom. Due to this fact, we finally decided to design a
Simulation of Engine Management System and ECU (Electronic Control Unit)
Analysis in order to enhance students’ understanding towards EFI (Electronic Fuel
Injection) system as the fulfillment of final assignment.
During the analysis process of ECU, visual analysis of both the exterior and
interior parts of ECU was conducted. The next step was performing upgrading or
replacement according to the result of the carried out analysis.
Voltage test was conducted towards the ECU socket pins, from ECU to the
censors as well as from ECU to actuators, such as injectors. The result obtained
from every terminal of those socket pins shows that there has been damage in the
IDL and VTA signals due to the non-standard specification test. | en_US |
