Learning media is one of the most important components in teaching and learning activity. Media usage should have gained more attention from any facilitators in the classroom. Due to this fact, we finally decided to design a Simulation of Engine Management System and ECU (Electronic Control Unit) Analysis in order to enhance students’ understanding towards EFI (Electronic Fuel Injection) system as the fulfillment of final assignment. During the analysis process of ECU, visual analysis of both the exterior and interior parts of ECU was conducted. The next step was performing upgrading or replacement according to the result of the carried out analysis. Voltage test was conducted towards the ECU socket pins, from ECU to the censors as well as from ECU to actuators, such as injectors. The result obtained from every terminal of those socket pins shows that there has been damage in the IDL and VTA signals due to the non-standard specification test.
