| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembangunan dan menentukan strategi pengembangan ekonomi melalui sektor unggulan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan membandingkan PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan 2010 Kabupaten Lampung Selatan dan PDRB Atas Dasar Harga Konstan 2010 Provinsi Lampung. Metode analisis yang digunakan antara lain adalah Shift Share, Location Quotient, Klassen Typology, dan analisa SWOT.
Terdapat enam sektor ekonomi yang dikategorikan sektor ekonomi unggulan di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan pada tahun 2011-2015, antara lain sektor sektor pertambangan dan penggalian, sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran; reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor, sektor penyediaan akomodasi dan makan/minum, sektor jasa keuangan dan asuransi, sektor jasa perusahaan, serta sektor jasa pendidikan.
Berdasarkan analisa SWOT, maka strategi pembangunan ekonomi di Kabupaten Lampung Selatan adalah merancang pembangunan sektor ekonomi unggulan yang merata, meningkatkan keamanan, serta membangun infrastruktur yang dapat merangsang kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the development and determine the strategy of economic development through leading sector in South Lampung Regency. The analysis conducted by comparing PDRB on the basis of 2010 Constant Price of South Lampung Regency and GDP at the 2010 Constant Price of Lampung Province. The analytical methods were used by Shift Share, Location Quotient, Klassen Typology, and SWOT analysis.
There are six economic sectors which categorized as the leading economic sectors in South Lampung Regency in 2011-2015, including the mining and quarrying sector, the major trade and retail sectors; car and motorcycle repair, accommodation and food/drinking sector, financial and insurance services sector, corporate services sector, and education services sector.
Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy of economic development in South Lampung Regency is designing the development of leading economic sector which equally, improving security, and building infrastructure which stimulate the economic activities of the communities. | en_US |
