Rahn is a kind of contract in which there is transaction and goods holding as the loan. There are many factors that influence people in selecting gadai product and several factors used as hypothesis in the research were the location, the fee and the aspects of sharia. The research methodology used was descriptive quantitative with a field research by distributing questionnaires in two markets in Yogyakarta, namely Pasar Beringharjo and Pasar Kranggan to 100 respondents as the samples. The result indicated that most people chose to make gadai transaction in Islamic Banks in order to have capital for developing their businesses. The relation between the independent variable and dependent variable were also observed. The result indicated that the three had significant influence toward the people’s interest in selecting gadai product in Islamic banks.
