Poverty is a social problem of society which has long been discussed by all countries include developed countries or developing countries, which in need of serious handling this study aims to analyze the effect of population, PDRB, and Gini Ratio to poverty in thirty eight regency / cities of east Java province. This research uses secondary and PANEL data, using fixed effect test which is used obtained from the central statistical agency, from the results of the studi note that the population variable has a positive and significant effect onpoverty, PDRB, Gini Ratio variable have negative and significant effect to poverty in east Java Province.
