PT Vale Indonesia Tbk is a subsidiary of Vale, a global mining company that operating an open pit nickel mine and a processing plant in Sorowako, South Sulawesi. The company is comprised of many departments, one department is Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) department. The one of responsibility of this department is to manage and work on the project as a feedback of MOC (Management of Change) request to the system proposed by other departments within the company, but do not have a computerized management system so that during this data collection is done manually. The purpose of this research is to develop the Management of Change application in order to ease the project manager in EHS department to manage (create, view, update, delete, and search) MOC data. In this research used SDLC methodology with waterfall model. Based on the results of functionality testing and interview, it can be concluded that the Management of Change application has fulfilled the purpose of this research and has functioned properly.
