| dc.description | Di era global seperti saat ini, tenaga kesehatan memiliki tuntutan untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu. Pelayanan bermutu dapat diperoleh dari kolaborasi yang baik antar tenaga kesehatan. Salah satu upaya dalam mewujudkan kolaborasi yang efektif antar profesi perlu diadakannya praktik kolaborasi sejak dini melalui proses pembelajaran yaitu dengan melatih mahasiswa pendidikan kesehatan menggunakan strategi Interprofessional Education (IPE). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan persepsi dan sikap bekerjasama antara mahasiswa yang terpapar IPE dan yang tidak terpapar IPE.
Metode dari penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan desain analisis deskriptif dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengukuran persepsi terhadap IPE diukur menggunakan Interdiciplinary Education Perception Scale (IEPS), sedangkan sikap untuk bekerjasama diukur menggunakan Attitudes Toward Health Care Teams Scale. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada maret 2017. Responden terdiri dari 72 responden yang terpapar IPE dan 150 tidak terpapar IPE.
Hasil pengukuran persepsi menunjukkan responden yang terpapar IPE memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap IPE dengan nilai 76,39% dan responden yang tidak terpapar IPE memiliki nilai 67,33% dengan kategori baik. Untuk hasil pengukuran sikap untuk bekerjasama menunjukkan 83,33% responden yang terpapar IPE memiliki sikap untuk bekerjasama dengan kategori baik dan untuk responden yang tidak terpapar IPE memiliki nilai 70% dalam kategori baik. Dengan nilai signifikan persepsi 0,039 dan sikap untuk bekerjasama 0,025 (p<0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan persepsi terhadap IPE dan sikap untuk bekerjasama diantara responden yang terpapar IPE dan responden yang tidak terpapar IPE. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa dengan adanya proses pembelajaran IPE akan menjadikan mahasiswa memiliki persepsi dan sikap bekerjasama yang lebih baik. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | In this global era, health practitioners have demands to give quality health services. Quality service can be obtained from good collaboration among the health practitioners. One of the attempts to realize the effective collaboration inter profession is the need of early collaboration practice through learning process. It is by training the students of health education to use the strategy of Interprofessional Education (IPE). The objective of the research was to find out the different perception and attitude of cooperation among the students with and without IPE exposure.
The method of the research was quantitative in nature with descriptive analytical design and used cross sectional approach. The measurement of the perception towards IPE was measured by using Interdiciplinary Education Perception Scale (IEPS), while the attitude of cooperation was measured by using Attitudes towards Health Care Teams Scale. The research was conducted in March 2017. The respondents consisted of 72 respondents with exposure and 150 without exposure IPE.
The result of the perception measurement showed that 76.39% respondents with IPE exposure had a good perception about IPE and the respondents without IPE exposure had value of 67.33% with category of good. The measurement result of attitude of cooperation showed that 83.33% respondents with IPE exposure had the attitude of cooperation with category of good and the respondents without IPE exposure had value of 70% with good category. With perception significance value of 0.039 and the attitude of cooperation significance value of 0.025 (p<0.05), it could be concluded that there was a significant difference towards IPE and the attitude of cooperation among the respondents with and without IPE exposure.
