This Undergraduate thesis tried to discuss about the change of Yingluck government’s policy towards Rohingya refugees in Thailand during 2011-2013.In the past, Thailand considers Rohingya is as other illegal immigrant and Thai navy would push them out of Thai shores. However, during Yingluck era, due to the exodus of Rohingya refugees were getting higher and not only men who want to find a better living like in the past but also there are women, children and old men who are trying to flee from persecution in Burma. Therefore, the higher number of them made Yingluck government to find out the best solution for Thailand in order to not ruin its image by allowing them the temporary stay in Thailand. Thus, this undergraduate thesis will answer what factors cause Yingluck government policy towards Rohingya refugees. In this research, the writer use an extensive of relevant published materials such as books, journals, reports, newsletters, official website and other sources o a wide variety of topics related with the subject of the topic.
