| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganilisis Pengaruh Struktur Modal, Kebijakan Dividen dan Kepemilikan Institusional Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Studi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel berjumlah 16 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah tidak hanya menggunakan sektor manufaktur, menambah periode peneltian dan menambah variabel. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to analyze the influence of capital structure, institusional ownership, and dividend policy to the company’s value. Studies on manufacturing company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012 to 2016. This research using 16 samples companies with method used piurposive sampling.
The result is capital sturcture influential negative and significant to frm value. Institutional ownership influential and not significant to firm value. And dividend policy influential negative and not significant to firm value. For the next research not only use manufacturing sector, add the research periode and add the variable. | en_US |
