This research is conducted to evaluate the Al-Iman Mosque structure building which located in Pidie Jaya Regency, Special District of Aceh. The background of this is because of the earthquake with magnitude of 6,5 SR and deep of 15 km in this regency on December 7, 2016. This earthquake caused damage on some building and because of this also caused fear to the building user. The analysis of this paper using the Rapid Visual Screening method with standardization from the World Seismic Safety Initiative. Through this standard also can be quickly identified about the safety of single story and two stories building that have damage effect due to earthquake and risk study of nonstructural component. The conclusion from analysis can be inferred that the medium damage on the structural component and nonstructural component, where the most damage happened in the main column and practical column on the building. From this visual screening, the mosque building is recommended to repair by retrofitting.
