The purpose for this research is for knowing and analyzing the impact of the capital, working hour, and working experience to the income level of pottery craftsmen in Kasongan. This research is quantitative with descriptive analysis approach. The data used is the primary data that obtained by spreading questionnaire on pottery craftsmen in Kasongan that located inSpecial Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling in this research was done using purposive sampling method by slovin formula. The analysis tools that used is multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS 16 Program. Result of the research shows that the capital, working hour, and working experience has the same impact to the pottery craftsmen income level in Kasongan,Special Region of Yogyakarta. As the individual on the capital, working hour, and working experience also have impact to increasing the income of pottery craftsmen in Kasongan. Overall the income of pottery craftsmen in Kasongan could increase based on those factors.
