dc.description.abstract | This study aims to explain the business practices run by umroh service companies from an ethical perspective.In other words The purpose of the study is to reveal how the business process picture to cause ethical violations. Revealing how human nature can deliver its behavior in the management of a business. The rise of the case of mismanagement of umroh worship services company in the final homeland indicates a violation of business ethics which should be upheld in running the business wheel. This study is a qualitative analysis with secondary data, i.e data sourced from various relevant libraries, scientific journals, mass media coverage and various other sources. The result of the research is umroh service company of Solusi Balad Lumampah ( SBL) Ltd, violates business ethics intentionally. There is no egalitarian business communication process between the company and the customers / participants umroh. The owner of the company has a hedonic lifestyle involving capital, not just profit. Personally and corporately, SBL Ltd injures common business ethics. | en_US |
