The relationship between Saudi Arabia and USA is a special connection. As a partner, America takes an important role for Saudi. However, the number of international issues make flux and reflux relation between both of them. And this research analyzes the factors which strongly connect between Saudi and USA in among many international issues intrude upon them. The Research uses literature method as the data collecting method. Based on William D. Coplin’s Foreign Policy Theory, come to conclusion that approaching of foreign policy of Saudi Arabia with United States of America is caused by many factors: First, Saudi’s domestic political condition, the sovereign is in power legitimation crisis, so Saudi needs America’s help to make sure its power isn’t taken down. Second, the weak of Saudi’s economy and military make Saudi needs America’s help to manage the oil and protect its environment. Third, International Context that is a Influence contestation between Saudi Arabia and Iran in the Middle East.
