Sexual violence in children is a very sensitive phenomenon in Indonesia, the rise of victims of sexual violence dominated by children becomes a matter of concern. In addressing these phenomena various ways done by local governments to reduce the level of sexual violence, especially in children. As much 85% of cases of sexual violence in Cirebon City are violent cases that occur in children, the City Government of Cirebon is one of the cities that created a program to reduce the level of violence and protection for children and women. The program became quitely unique because of the name of the program which use the local town of Cirebon language, the program named “Wadul Bae”, this program has become the spotlight of Central Government so that the city of Cirebon was awarded as a The Viable City of Children of 2017. This research is a qualitative research, using a descriptive qualitative approach and case study method aimed to examine the social marketing strategies that the local Government of the city of Cirebon do by collaborating with Regional Social Woman Empowerment and Child Protection Office of Cirebon City (DSPPPA), Built in Service of Woman Empowerman and Child Protection Office of Cirebon City (P2TP2A), and Built in Service Center Office of Cirebon City (PPT)) Hospitals of Gunung Jati on the program Wadul Bae in suppressing the rate of sexual assaults on children in the town of Cirebon on 2017. The data analyzed is the result of in-depth interviews, created library and documentation. It is concluded that Wadul Bae Program has been makes a social marketing strategy by configurate a cadre team for Wadul Bae. The cadre as agent of change did a training before they did some socialization on the citizen of Cirebon City . The example of the training for the cadre like about how to handle the indication of sexual violence, and education about sexual violence for citizen of Cirebon City.
