ANALISIS KEANDALAN JARINGAN DISTRIBUSI DI PT. PLN (Persero) RAYON SRIBHAWONO
Abstract
Reliability level at distribution network can be determine by count the extinguishing frequency and by duration of extinguishing in distribution network at the certain time. The purpose of research is to know how the reability ini every feeder at PLN (Persero) Rayon Sribhawono based on reability index network distribution that is SAIDI and SAIFI by use data interference which happened during the year 2017.
Based on the analysis, value comparation of SAIDI and SAIFI calculated with the work target on Rayon Sribhawono, SPLN No 68-2 1986 and standard IEEE std 1366-2003, there are some feeder which is categorized reliably.
From the data already analyzed, ratio of SAIFI implicatly with the PLN standard, that is SPLN No 68-2 1986 and standard IEEE std 1366-2003, so PAYUNG feeder and ZAPIN feeder are categorized reliably. If reviewed from comparation SAIDI calculated with the standard PLN (SPLN No 68-2 1986), all feeder are categorized reliably. But, if it is revewed by comparation SAIDI calculation with standard IEEE std 1366-2003, PAYUNG and feeder ZAPIN feeder are categorized reliably.
In the year 2017, the most disturbance occurs in TOR-TOR feeder, it’s because the minor annoyance are common and make the recloser work. Based on the obtained data, it’s because of twigs of trzes in contact with the medium voltage distribution network.
