| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Ukuran Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Resiko Bisnis, Pajak, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan dan Profitabilitas terhadap Struktur Modal. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Manufaktur di Indonesia Tahun 2013-2016.Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sehingga diperoleh 248 data.Jenis data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan metode dokumentasi yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini menggunakan model analisis linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa variabel Ukuran Perusahaan dan Pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, dan Pertumbuhan Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap struktur modal, sedangkan Likuiditas, Resiko Bisnis, dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap struktur modal. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This aim of this research is to analyze the influence of size of firm, liquidity, business risk, tax, growth of asset, and profitability to capital structure. The object of this research is a manufacturing company in Indonesia in stock exchange from 2013-2016. The sampling technique use the purposive sampling method, in order to obtained 248 data. The types of collecting data use the secondary data that is the documentation method from Indonesia stock exchange and use a model of multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this analysis is the Size of Firm and Tax affect positively and significant to the Capital Structure, and Growth of Asset affect positively and not significant to the Capital Structure, while Liquidity, Business Risk, and Profitability affect negatively and significant to the Capital Structure. | en_US |
