| dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh likuiditas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan
dan arus kas operasi terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan real estate dan property yang
terdaftar di BEI (Bursa Efek Indonesia) periode 2010-2016. Sampel dalam penelitian ini
diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa
likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap financial distress, leverage berpengaruh negatif
signifikan terhadap financial distress, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap
financial distress, arus kas operasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap financial distress. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of liquidity, leverage, firm size and

operating cash flow to financial distress on real estate and property firms listed on Indonesia
Stock Exchange (IDX) 2010-2016 period. The sample in this research is taken using
purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research use logistic
regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that liquidity has a positive effect on
financial distress, leverage has a significant negative effect on financial distress, firm size
does not affect financial distress, operating cash flow has a negative effect on financial
