This phenomenon, consider that employees increase the "value" to the organization and the investment market, when policies and programs are applied. The policy in question here is the placement of strategic human resources, which perform the function of management within the organization. Approach of Leader Member Exchange Theory has been widely adopted by corporate organizations, but in this article has the objective to deliver a new approach to placing strategic human resources by using the approach of Leader-Member Passion. Strategic human resource management connects with human resource management a strategic role and aims to improve business performance and develop organizational culture and encourage innovation and flexibility.
