The research’s objectives are to understand and analyse the ways to handle and solve nonperforming financing on Murabahah contract provided by BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri Yogyakarta. This research applies qualitative research method with descriptive analysis method. Datas collecting uses observation, documenting and interview. Data sources are primary. The results analysis of research conclude that factor causing nonperforming financing in BMT Bina Ihsanul Fikri are Internal Factor that is Human Resource weakness and External Factors that are the bankruption of the member’s company and intentional negligence. To solve the nonperforming financing, BMT uses 3 ways which are rescheduling, reconditioning and executioning the bail if necessary.
