| dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja,
gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja
karyawan pada PG. Mojo Sragen. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan
tetap yang bekerja pada PG. Mojo Sragen. Dan sampel yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini berjumlah 45 karyawan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode
purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier berganda
IBM SPSS 21.
Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan oleh peneliti diperoleh hasil, bahwa
lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan,
gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap
kinerja karyawan, serta disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap kinerja karyawan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the impact of work environment, transformational
leadership style, and discipline work toward the employee performance of PG.
Mojo Sragen. The respondents of this study are the permanent employees of PG.
Mojo Sragen, and 45 employees are the samples that are taken by using
Purposive Sampling. The analytical tool used is IBM SPSS 21 Multiple Linear
Regression.
Based on the analysis that is done by the researcher, work environment has the positive and significant impact toward the employee performance,
transformational leadership style brings the positive and significant impact, and
