| dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh free cash flow,
profitabilitas, leverage, risiko bisnis, dan investment opportunity set terhadap
kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia pada periode 2012-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder
dengan purposive sampling sebagai metode penentuan sampel. Jumlah dari
penelitian ini adalah 229 sampel perusahaan. Dengan teknik analisis yang
digunakan adalah analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian free cash flow, risiko
bisnis dan investment opportunity set memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap
kebijakan dividen, sementara profitabilitas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of free cash flow, profitability,
leverage, business risk, and investment opportunity set toward dividend policy in
manufacture company which listed in Indonesia’s stock exchange periode 2012-
2016. This research uses secondary data with purposive sampling as method of
determination sample. The result of this research is 229 company samples. With the
analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The results of free cash flow
research, business risk and investment opportunity set have a significant effect on
dividend policy while profitability and leverage have no significant effect on
