KAJIAN PEMBERIAN KONSENTRASI POC URIN KELINCI DAN DOSIS PUPUK UREA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN SELADA MERAH (Red lettuce)
Abstract
This research aims to test the effectivity of adding rabbit's urine POC and dose of Urea fertilizer toward the growth and crop of red lettuce and to determine rabbit's urine POC and dose of urea fertilizer concentration toward red lettuce. The research has been held in the Green House & agriculture faculty laboratorium Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta during February 2018 until March 2018.
This research was held with experimental methode by using factorial treatment 3x3 which stacked in Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three times repetition. First factor tested was the concentration of rabbit's urine POC that consist 3 different treatments. The first treatment used 0 ml/L solution of rabbit's urine POC concentration. The second used 50 ml/L, and the last used 100 ml/L. Second factor tested was the dose of urea feritilizer which also consisted by 3 different types. First treatment used 110 kg/ha of urea dose, the second used 165 kg/ha, and the third used 220 kg/ha.
The result of the research showed that adding 100 ml concentration of rabbit's urine POC improve the growth and crop of red lettuce, 110 kg dose of urea fertilizer improve the growth and crop of red lettuce and there was an interaction between rabbit's urine POC and urea fertilizer toward amount of leaves parameter and length of root.
