ANALYSIS OF CARRYING CAPACITY OF AGRICULTURAL LAND IN GAYAM DISTRICT DUE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF EXXON-MOBILE CEPU MINING AREAL LTD. Food is the most basic need for human beings. Fulfillment of food needs affect the land needs. As time goes on, farmland is dwindling and damaged due to the large population growth rate and overland function. One of the reasons for overland function is the discovery of petroleum mining. In 2001, found the potential of petroleum in agricultural land in Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. Based on the problems that occur, it is necessary to conduct research on carrying capacity of land in Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency in 2007 - 2016 after the Exxon-mobile Cepu Ltd mining, and make the carrying capacity of land forecast in the year 2017 - 2021. The data used is secondary data on population and time series in 2007 - 2016 in Gayam District obtained from Central Agency of Statistics (BPS) and Gayam District Office. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The carrying capacity of land is analyzed by knowing the area of food crops per capita and the land area for food self-sufficiency, and forecasting is made using the method with the smallest RMSE. The result of the research shows that in 2007 - 2016, Gayam District at class II except in 2007, 2008, and 2010 at class I. Forecasting uses the quadratic method in all villages. Forecasting the carrying capacity of land in 2017 - 2021 that goes to Gayam District at class II,except 2021 Gayam District at class I.
