“Arisan” grain is one form of arisan that the payment using agriculture product in the form of grain. Muktisari village is one that hold “arisan” grain. The determination of the area of research was chose by purposive. The methode of research used research used descritive method. The technique of sampling with Proportional Random Sampling. The analysis of data used descritive analysis by using tables and analysis scoring. The results showed that: 1) The system of management of the grain in the village Muktisari arisan equals “arisan” in General that is maintained voluntarily by interested people and no fee. 2) Motivation of farmers follow “arisan” grain included in the categories high with an average score of 2.47, however there is a difference in motivation levels per indicator. Indicators of needs self-actualization and appreciation is included in the category of being. 3) Benefits of the results of “arisan” grain categorized in 4 main as priorities the fulfillment of daily necessities or consumption, saving, home improvement and the cost of education.
