dc.description.abstractA natural disaster is one of the threats faced by the world today. With increasingly bad natural conditions and also climate of the Earth, it's possible to caused impact on natural disasters become larger so countries that are members in the United Nations agreed to create a global platform for disaster risk reduction, namely the HFA passed in 2005 and ratified by the States of the United Nations as a platform for disaster risk reduction in their respective countries. Indonesia has been effectively implement the HFA from the year 2005 to 2013 because it has several factors that support the implementation of the HFA to be answered by the author using the theory of international treaty monism with focus of International law. The research was carried out using the method of qualitative research with secondary data retrieval.en_US
