| dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Akuntansi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. PLN distribusi Jawa Tengah dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan manajemen internal yang menggunakan komputer dan menyediakan sistem informasi akuntansi secara langsung. Dalam penelitian ini sampel berjumlah 40 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda.
Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa pemanfaatan sistem informasi akuntansi, kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi, keamanan sistem informasi akuntansi dan sarana pendukung sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. | dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the Influence of Accounting Information Systems on Employee Performance at PT. PLN distribution of Central Java and Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Subjects in this study are internal management employees who use computers and provide accounting information system directly. In this study a sample of 40 respondents selected by using purposive sampling method. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.
Based on the analysis that has been done, the result is that the utilization of accounting information system, the quality of accounting information system, accounting information system security and supporting facilities of accounting information system significantly influence the employee performance.
