Background research by unstable farmers' income has the objective of knowing the income of rubber farming and identifying factors that affect the income of rubber farming in Danau Sarang Elang village, Jambi Luar Kota, Muaro Jambi. The method used in the sampling using the simple random sampling sampling method by way of random and chose as many as 45 respondents from 93 farmers who run rubber farming. Data collection methods used were observation, interview and questionnaire. The analytical technique used quantitative techniques and used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) analysis tool. The result of research is known that the income of rubber farming per farm with land area 2,4 Ha is Rp 26.596.220 / year. Factors that influence earnings based on determinant coefficient analysis (R²) of 0.838 which means that 83.8% of income variables as dependent variable influenced variable land area, plant age, number of trees, amount of labor, fertilizer capital, ethrel cost, and the cost of acid ant. Partially income is influenced by land area and fertilizer capital.
