This research aims to analyze influence level of Gross Regional Domestic Product (PDRB), Public Facilities and Government Expenditure on Education Development Index in Aceh Province. The object of this research are datas of 18 districts and 5 cities during 2012 until 2016 that was obtained from various agencies such as BPS and sources related to this research. Analyzer used by using panel data method. Based on the analysis, it is obtained that the GRDP, Public Facilities and Government Expenditure on Education Development Index have a significant positive effect on the Human Development Index in Aceh Province.
