Rural Agribusiness Development (PUAP) is one among other programs which is conducted by agricultural department intergrating whit National Community Emperowment Program (PNPM-M) to help under privileged rural farmers experiencing inadequate venture capital. This research aims to describe and evaluate the success rate of rural agribusiness development program on the implementation of Gapoktan Tani Mulyo that is located in sriharjo, imogiri, bantul. This research used descriptive analysis method. The purposive method is use to determine the location of the research. The respondent’s data were taken using proporsional random sampling with the total amount of 34 people. The data were taken trough interview and questionnaire. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the process of the implementation of PUAP program consists of the selection of the rural area of PUAP, the determination of Gapoktan stage, LKM and PMT formation stage, RUB arranging stage, the implementation of socialization PUAP program stage, RUA Submission stage, fund disbursement stage, the returns for a loan, the stage of the report. The implementation of rural agribusiness development program of Gapoktan Tani Mulyo is categorized as success.
