Poverty becomes the main problem faced by every province in Indonesia including East Java Province. The research aimed at analyzing the influence of Human Development Index, Economy Growth, and Minimum Wage towards poverty level in East Java Province. The research used secondary data in the form of panel data in the period of 2012 until 2016 and included 38 regencies / towns in East Java Province. The method of approach used to estimate the regression model was Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The result obtained in the research was the variable of Human Development Index, Economy Growth, and Minimum Wage had negative and significant influence towards level poverty in East Java Province in the period of 2012-2016. The change of poverty level in East Java Province 99,26 percent of which was influence by the components of Human Development Index, Economy Growth, and Minimum Wage. Meanwhile, 0,7 percent was influenced by the variable outside the variable of this research.
