PERENCANAAN PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA SURYA OFF-GRID DIATAP PARKIRAN MOTOR GEDUNG ADMISI UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
Off-Grid PLTS system is designed to meet the electricity needs of Admission
Building of Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta, but Off-Grid PLTS planning
does not take into account the burden used in Admission Building of Muhammadiyah
University of Yogyakarta, but take into account the area of land that will be used for
placement of PLTS Off components -Grid. Planning Off-Grid PLTS is done by
identifying the roof layout of motorcycle Admission Building, then made an ideal design
with equipment specifications on the market. After doing the calculation of the required
cost and also calculation of electrical energy generated for economic analysis, if the
electrical energy is sold directly to the PLN. The area used by PLTS Off-Grid planning
is ± 1.192m2, of total area with area of ± 3.365m2 Off-Grid PLTS uses 48V system, it
can be installed solar panel with capacity of 120 WP as much as 280 pieces, Battery
12V 200A 336 pieces, Solar Charge Controller 60A as many as 14 pieces and
10.000W Inverter as much as 14 pieces. The power generated from Off-Grid PLTS is
134.4 kWh per year. Total initial investment required in PLTS Off-Grid planning is Rp.
2.234.014.063 and also requires maintenance of PLTS of Rp. 17.872.112,5 per year.
Data from the Economic Analysis result shows that Pay Back Period will be achieved
for 13 years 2 months and also the NPV value of the investment is positive. When
compared with the average estimation of solar panel usage life of 25 years, it can be
concluded that making Off-Grid Off-PLTS by using this plan will generate good income
for the future.
