Abstract
Based on Indonesia Health Profile 2014, maternal mortality in Indonesia can still be found by three main causes of death, hypertension in pregnancy, and infection. Preeclampsia affects maternal and perinatal outcome. High risk occurs in primipara and age 35 years with risk factor 3.4 times greater with mother aged 20-35 years. The research method used is non experimental research with observational analytic method and cross-sectional study design. This study was conducted by taking secondary data in the form of medical records of patients with severe preeclampsia in RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta period 2014-2017. The result of parity relation on mother outcome based on the significant value of independent sample T-test on blood pressure is P 0,289 and diastol is P 0,135. Parity relation to perinatal output has significant value chi-square 0,565. Relation of mother’s age with maternal outcome by anova test had significant value 0.568 for the relation with systole and 0.629 for the relation with diastole. Relation of mother’s age with perinatal outcome by Spearman test had significant value 0.223 and correlation coefficient of 0.197. Conclusion of the reserch is that there is no relationship between parity and age of mother with decreased of blood pressure and the incidence of asphyxia on mother with severe preeklamsia
