dc.description | This research was purposed to reveal and analyze the Influence of education
background in the selection process towards the competence-based employee
assignment. The object of the research was the head quarter of PT BPRS Bangun
Drajat Warga. In this associative qualitative research, the data were collected
through interviews to the employees of BPRS. The participants were selected using
purposive sampling technique, while validity assessment was done through
triangulation and member checking. The research shows that: 1) the education
background determine the assignment of the employee in the competence-based
assignment. 2) selection process also determine the assignment of the employee.
Nevertheless, this research shows that the six respondents in this study has been
assigned based on their education backgrounds. | en_US |
