| dc.description | Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yaitu karyawan tetap supporting unit Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yaitu analisis yang meliputi : uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis asumsi klasik dan regresi linier berganda, pengujian hipotesis melauli uji t, uji F serta koefisien determinasi.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhada kinerja karyawan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the influence of culture of the organization and motivation of the performance of employees. A subject used in this research wa Muhammadiyah University Yogyakarta. Inthis research using sample from 100 responden that is permanent workers on suporting unit Muhammadiyah University Ygoyakarta. The analysis used is SPSS. The methode of analysis used is the quantitative analysis. The analysis wich includes : the validity and reliability, the analysis classical and linear regression multipel, testing hypothesis throught the t, the determination and the F.
The result of this research suggest that cultures organization and motivation influential positive and significant to employe performance, both simultaneously and partial. | en_US |
