CSR PT. ANGKASA PURA I YOGYAKARTA SEBAGAI STRATEGI COMMUNITY RELATIONS PADA PEMBANGUNAN BANDARA BARU NEW YOGYAKARTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS (NYIA) TAHUN 2017
Abstract
his research aims to find out and analyze the implementation of
community relations program by PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta in the proses of
building New Yogyakarta International Airport. The research methodology used
in this research was qualitative with descriptive approach. The method of data
collection used in this research was in-depth interview with relevant sources based
on the data needed by the researcher, as well as documentation. The data were
then analyzed using triangulation technique which compared the correlation
among the data gathered from various sources. From the result, it can be
concluded that in implementing Bina Lingkungan community relations strategy,
PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta approached the labor office, head of Temon subdistrict,
head of 5 villages around the new airport area (Gelagah, Palihan,
Sindutan, Jangkaran, and Kebonrejo villages). The Bina Lingkungan program
included mobile healthcare program, security training program, and
entrepreneurship program. Those programs can help provide more jobs around
New Yogyakarta International Airport. Additionally, people can also get easier
healthcare access from the mobile healthcare program. There are some programs
in the implementation stage. The first stage is planning which has been carried out
well by PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta by taking full responsibility in
implementing this program which benefits all parts of society. The second stage is
implementation which also runs well because the given programs are appropriate
with the target. The last stage is evaluation which has not been optimally
conducted by PT. Angkasa Pura I Yogyakarta because the evaluation result was
not thorough or long term.
