REGULASI BARU PERTAMBANGAN DAN MINERBA INDONESIA DAN PELAKSANAAN INDONESIA-JAPAN ECONOMIC PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (IJEPA)
Abstract
This paper discusses the new regulation of Indonesian
mining and minerals and the implementation of the Indonesia-
Japan Partnership Agreement (IJEPA). Mineral and coal
mining is a non-renewable natural resource, so for the sake of
sustainability the government's role in management,
supervision and supervision is needed. Many Pros and Cons
have been enacted since Law No.4 of 2009 concerning the ban
on the export of raw minerba. This writing is a Library Studies
(Library Research). Namely the technique of collecting data
based on the search of existing issues. The results of this paper
conclude (i) the government issued Law No.4 of 2009; (ii) the
demands and support of the Indonesian community on
minerals mining; (iii) Impact of Law No.4 of 2009 on the
implementation of IJEPA.
