This thesis discuss about analysis of violation content in music program show “Dahsyat” RCTI (Episode February – April 2017). The Problems which often found in music program show “Dahsyat” are violation of physical abuse verbal abuse. The aim of this research is to recognize the violence, sanction of violation, and type of violation in music program show”Dahsyat” RCTI. The methodswhich used in this research is qualitative Data Analysis technique. The data collection use coding sheet, screenshot, and documentations from music program show “Dahsyat”. Number of episode between February – April 2017 are 64 episode which contain violence. The result from the conducted research shows that KPI has sent a warning letter to music Program “Dahsyat” on March 30th 2017. KPI passed administrative sentence a temporary termination for three days, but music program “Dahsyat” still showed scenes which contain violations that KPI mentioned. Nonetheless, there are still flaw and weakness, so KPI Could watch over every tv program even more and could give warning if the program couldn’t comply the rules.
