PENGARUH ETOS KERJA ISLAMI, GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, MOTIVASI DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN AKUNTANSI
Abstract
The objective of this research is to verify and to find out the empirical proofs on the Islamic Work Ethic, Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Organizational Commitment toward employees performance BMT in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The population of this research is all employees at accounting of BMT in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The sampling technique using purposive sampling, with 64 samples of employee, but 4 of them are outliers. So, this study just used 60 samples to analyze. This research uses questionnaire as the method. Analysis method of this research are using descriptive analysis, regression analysis, and classical assumption with SPSS 16.
The result showed that Islamic Work Ethic, Organizational Culture, Motivation, and Organizational Commitment have positive influence and significance toward employees performance at accounting of BMT in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Whereas Transformational Leadership Style do not have a significance influence on the employees performance at accounting of BMT in Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.
