This research aims at understanding the implementation of murabahah agreement by using the power of wakalah agreement in KSPPS BMT BRIlian as well as understanding the suitability of murabahah agreement implementation by using the power of wakalah agreement in KSPPS BMT BRIlian in accordance with the Fatwa of National Sharia Board Number: 10/DSN-MUI/IV/ 2000 about wakalah. The technique of data analysis used by the researcher was descriptive qualitative. This technique was used to describe the data that the researcher collected. The technique of data collection used by the author was interview with KSPPS BMT BRIlian and documentation. The research was conducted in KSPPS BMT BRIlian by studying the implementation of murabahah agreement using the power of wakalah agreement at KSPPS BMT BRIlian. The implementation of wakalah agreement at KSPPS BMT BRIlian is in accordance with the Fatwa of National Syari’a Council Number: 10/DSNMUI/ IV/ 2000. Murabahah agreement is a buying and selling agreement between customers and KSPPS BMT BRIlian based on the agreement between two parties. The implementation of murabahah agreement is followed by clear purpose either for consumptive and productive funding
