      Abstract
Pulse Oximeter or Oxygen Peripheral Capillary Saturation (SPO2) used to monitor the saturation or oxygen content in the patient's blood (artery) and heart rate in one minute without surgery or non-invasive. Given the importance of the accuracy and precision of the SPO2 pulse oximeter in the diagnosis, in the process of treatment and inspection of the equipment, the function test and calibration of SpO2. SpO2 function and calibration test requires signal input from the heart and hemoglobin color change. The pulse simulation of the heart and the color change of hemoglobin can be obtained electronic by utilizing microcontroller, LED, and infra LED to become a stimulator SpO2. The SpO2 stimulators are cheap and simple with internally-equipped calibrations. The test result gets an average deviation value of 0.10 BPM with a 0% deviation percentage, standard deviation indicates an average value of 0.70BPM and uncertainty is obtained by an average value of 0.02 BPM makes this SpO2 stimulator device very feasible to use
