| dc.description | Perawaratan paliatif merupakan perawatan yang dibutuhkan oleh pasien dengan life limiting illness (LLI). Pasien LLI tidak dapat disembuhkan namun dapat dikendalikan dengan pengelolaan gaya hidup dan pengelolaan paliatif maupun spiritualitas. Berbagai permasalahan dimiliki oleh pasien LLI seperti berpikiran negatif, frustasi, marah dan merasa berbeda dengan orang lain, merasa kesepian, cemas dan harga diri rendah. Spiritualitas merupakan suatu hal yang dapat menjadi solusi dalam berbagai masalah yang dihadapi pasien LLI untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui gambaran spiritualitas pasien LLI. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan teknik sampling yaitu quota sampling dengan responden 40 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat spiritualitas pasien LLI lebih dari nilai tengah dengan rentang skor 0-48. Sedangkan nilai rata-rata tiga komponen spiritual yaitu faith (13,5), meaning (10,7), peace (9,9).

| dc.description.abstract | Palliative care is the treatment needed by patients with life-limiting disease (LLI). LLI patients can not be cured but can be treated with lifestyle management and palliative and spiritual management. Various things done by the patient such as negative, frustrated, angry and feel different from others, lonely entertainment, anxiety and low self esteem. Spirituality is something that can be used in various problems that require LLI to improve the quality of life. This study was conducted to determine the loss of LLI patient's spirituality. The method of this research is descriptive analytics with cross sectional approach, with sampling technique that is quota sampling with 40 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the level of spirituality of patients LLI more than the middle value with a score range 0-48. While the average value of three spiritual components is belief (13.5), meaning (10,7), peace (9,9). | en_US |
