SPIRITUALITAS PASIEN DENGAN LIFE LIMITING ILLNESS DI WILAYAH PUSKESMAS GAMPING
Abstract
Palliative care is the treatment needed by patients with life-limiting disease (LLI). LLI patients can not be cured but can be treated with lifestyle management and palliative and spiritual management. Various things done by the patient such as negative, frustrated, angry and feel different from others, lonely entertainment, anxiety and low self esteem. Spirituality is something that can be used in various problems that require LLI to improve the quality of life. This study was conducted to determine the loss of LLI patient's spirituality. The method of this research is descriptive analytics with cross sectional approach, with sampling technique that is quota sampling with 40 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the level of spirituality of patients LLI more than the middle value with a score range 0-48. While the average value of three spiritual components is belief (13.5), meaning (10,7), peace (9,9).
