| dc.description | Background : Chronic renal disease is kidneys condition which progressive, irreversible, and prolonged functional decline. Decrease in kidney function makes the patient must undergo treatment, one of them with hemodialysis. In various studies mentioned that there is a relationship decreased cognitive function in patients with chronic kidney disease who undergo hemodialysis therapy. If the decline becomes progressive, it will continue to affect the pattern of interaction with the environment and the pattern of social activity that can affect the quality of life. This study aims to determine the relationship of cognitive function with the quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul.
Methods : This research was conducted in August-October 2015 in RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul with sample of 30 people. The data were collected by interviewing the questionnaire of Montreal Cognitive Assessment-Indonesian Version and Short Form 36. The data obtained were analyzed by chi-square test.
Result : The result of this research is 63,33% have cognitive dysfunction with good quality of life, 13,33% have impaired cognitive function with poor quality of life, 20% have no cognitive dysfunction with good quality of life, and 3,33% have no interference cognitive function with poor quality of life. The correlation between cognitive function with quality of life was obtained p = 0,847 which means there is no correlation between cognitive function with quality of life of chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis at RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul.
Conclusion : There is no relationship between cognitive function with the quality of life of chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis in Panembahan Senopati General Hospital of Bantul. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Latar Belakang : Penyakit ginjal kronik adalah suatu keadaan dimana ginjal mengalami penurunan fungsi yang progresif, irreversible, dan berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Penurunan fungsi ginjal ini membuat pasien harus menjalani pengobatan, salah satunya dengan hemodialisis. Dalam berbagai penelitian disebutkan bahwa terdapat hubungan penurunan fungsi kognitif pada pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani terapi hemodialisis. Apabila penurunannya progresif nantinya akan berlanjut mempengaruhi pola interaksi dengan lingkungan tempat tinggal serta pola aktivitas sosialnya yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul.
Metode : Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus-Oktober 2015 di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul dengan sampel sebanyak 30 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara menggunakan kuesioner Montreal Cognitive Assesment-Versi Indonesia dan Short Form 36. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan uji chi-square.
Hasil : Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan 63,33% memiliki gangguan fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup baik, 13,33% memiliki gangguan fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup buruk, 20% tidak memiliki gangguan fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup baik, dan 3,33% tidak memiliki gangguan fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup buruk. Hubungan antara fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup didapatkan p=0,847 yang berarti tidak terdapat hubungan antara fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul.
Kesimpulan : Tidak terdapat hubungan antara fungsi kognitif dengan kualitas hidup pasien penyakit ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul. | en_US |
