| dc.description | Latar Belakang: Kejadian kekerasan pada anak usia sekolah setiap tahun semakin meningkat. Penyebab terjadinya kekerasan berasal dari orangtua, lingkungan dan faktor dari anak itu sendiri. Kekerasan yang dapat dialami oleh anak usia sekolah berupa kekerasan fisik, verbal atau emosional, seksual, ekonomi dan pengabaian. Tempat terjadinya kekerasan berasal dari lingkungan sekolah, rumah dan tempat umum. Dampak bagi korban bisa mengakibatkan terganggunya psikis anak, luka serius, trauma dan dapat membuat stres berkepanjangan.
Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui gambaran kejadian kekerasan pada anak usia sekolah
Metode Penelitian: Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV-V dengan jumlah 220 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, diperoleh subjek penelitian ini adalah 130 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner kejadian kekerasan. Analisa data menggunakan uji frequencies.
Hasil Penelitian: kekerasan pada anak usia sekolah didominasi dengan jenis kelamin perempuan (51,5%), kelas V (56,9%), berada pada latar belakang ekonomi rendah atau di bawah UMK (62,3%). Terdapat kejadian kekerasan sebesar (56,9%) dengan jenis kekerasan yang paling banyak yaitu kekerasan verbal sebesar (68,9%). Karakteristik tempat terjadinya kekerasan berada di sekolah (93,2%), dan status anak sebagai pelaku sebesar (83,8%) dan korban (89,2%).
Kesimpulan: terdapat kejadian kekerasan yang terjadi pada anak usia sekolah. Diharapkan dapat menjadi rekomendasi sekolah dan pelayanan kesehatan untuk mengambil kebijakan dan pencegahan terhadap kejadian kekerasan pada anak usia sekolah, dan memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa mengenai gambaran mengenai kejadian yang terjadi di sekitar lingkungan siswa. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: Incidence of violence in school-age children every year in increasing. The cause of violence come from parent, environment and and factors that come from the child itself. Violence that can be experienced by school-aged children in the form of physical violence, verbal or emotional, sexual, economy and neglect. Where the occurrence of violence comes from the school environment, home and public places. The impact that will occur for the victim can result in disruption of the child psychic, seriously injured, trauma and can create prolonged stress.
Research Purposes: to find out the description of violent incidents in school-aged children.
Research Metods: The design used in this research is quantitative descriptive with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were students of grade IV-V with a total of 220 student. Sampling technique using simple random sampling, the subject of this study was 130 respondents. Research instrument using questionnaire of violent incident. Analysis using the test frequencies.
Research Result: Violence in school-aged children is dominated by female species (51.5%), class V (56.9%), are in the low economic background of under the UMK (62.3%). There is an incidence of violence of (56.9%) with the most violent type of verbal violence of (68.9%). The characteristics of the occurrence of violence are in school (93.2%), and the preparator status of (83.8%) and the victim (89.2%).
Conclusion: There is an incidence of violence that occurs in school-aged children. Is expected to be a recommendation of schools and health services to take policy and prevention against incident of violence in school-aged children, and provide knowledge to students about violent incidents that occur around the students environment. | en_US |
