IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR RISIKO KANKER KOLOREKTAL MAHASISWA UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH YOGYAKARTA
Abstract
In 2015 the first cause of death by cancer was cervical cancer, then breast cancer, and the third colorectal cancer. As for the year 2017 the order was changed. Colorectal cancer is no longer under cervical cancer and breast cancer. The incidence of colorectal cancer reached 774,000 deaths, then stomach cancer 754 000 and then breast cancer 571.000. The purpose of this study was to Identify Risk Factors In Colorectal Cancer In Students Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. This research used cross sectional method by filling out the questionnaire. Sampling technique using accidental sampling which amounted to 398 respondents from eight faculties at UMY. The data analysis used is univariate. Result of research majority of responden are female (58,5%). the majority of respondents came from FEB (Faculty of Economics and Business) as much as 20.9% and the respondents at least came from FPB (Faculty of Language Education) as much as 4.5%. the distribution of respondents with smoking categorized at risk 33 respondents (8.3%), consuming alcohol categorized as risky 0 respondents (0%), high-fat diet categorized risk 206 respondents (51.8%), less fiber categorized risk 152 respondents (38.2%), bristool stool charts categorized as risky 274 respondents (31.2%). Characteristics of respondents by sex most of the respondents are women and come from the faculty of economics. Risk factors for colorectal cancer based on sub smoking, sub variable nutrition, and pattern of elimination of bristool stool chart respondents are categorized as risky and sub variable of alcohol and sub variable less fiber responder is said not risky.
