| dc.description | Latar Belakang : Gingivitis yang terjadi pada anak usia pubertas 12-13 tahun banyak dipengaruhi oleh keadaan hormon pubertas, selain itu kondisi kebersihan rongga mulut juga dapat mempengaruhi tejadinya gingivitis pada anak usia pubertas.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kebersihan rongga mulut terhadap kejadian gingivitis pada siswa usia pubertas di SMP 3 Kasihan Bantul.
Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode penelitian survei analitik. Sampel penelitian menggunakan total sampel sebanyak 114 siswa kelas VII SMP 3 Kasihan Bantul yang dilakukan pemeriksaan status OHI-S dan status gingivitis menggunakan indeks OHI-S dan Modiffication Gingival Index. Analisis data pada penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji korelasi bivariat pearson.
Hasil penelitian : Hasil uji korelasi rhitung sebesar 0,441 lebih besar dari rtabel 0,1535 pada signifikasi α=5% atau 0,005 menunjukkan H0 ditolak, sehingga ada hubungan antara kebersihan rongga mulut dengan kejadian gingivitis pada usia pubertas di smp 3 Kasihan Bantul.
Kesimpulan : Terdapat hubungan antara kebersihan rongga mulut dengan kejadian gingivitis pada siswa usia pubertas di smp 3 Kasihan Bantul. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Background: Gingivitis which occurs in children age pubertal at 12-13 years influenced by the hormonal of puberty, in addition the conditions of hygiene of the oral cavity can also affect the gingivitis in children the age of puberty.
Goals: this research aims to know the relationship of the oral hygiene with the incidence of gingivitis in students age pubertal in SMP 3 Kasihan Bantul.
Research method: this research using analytic survey research methods. Sample using a total sample as many as 114 grade VII SMP 3 Kasihan Bantul conducted an examination of the status of OHI-S index and status of gingivitis using OHI-S Index and Gingival Modiffication. Data analysis use korelation test by bivariat pearson.
Research results: The test results is correlation rhitung of 0.441 more than rtabel α = 0.1535. Shows H0 is rejected, so there is a relationship between the oral hygiene with the incidence of gingivitis in students age pubertal in SMP 3 Kasihan Bantul.
Conclusion: there is a relationship between the oral hygiene with the incidence of gingivitis in students age pubertal in SMP 3 Kasihan Bantul. | en_US |
