dc.descriptionLatar Belakang: Stroke merupakan masalah kesehatan yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus.Implementasi clinical pathwayperlu dilakukan pada pasien stroke iskemik, agar tercipta mutu pelayanan dan efisiensi biaya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi, kepatuhan, dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh tenaga medis dalam implementasi clinical pathwaystroke iskemik di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta Unit II. Subjek dan Metode: Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran (mixed method), dengan desain sequential explanatory, terhadap pasien stroke iskemik, Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga medis di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping.Informan penelitian adalah dokter spesial saraf yang menangani pasien stroke iskemik, dan anggota komite medik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi rekam medik dan wawancara. Teknik analisis dengan desriptif secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian paling banyak adalah pasien laki-laki yaitu 30 orang atau 56,6 %. Berdasarkan umur paling banyak yaitu 61-70 tahun yaitu 14 orang atau 26,4 %, dan lama perawatan paling banyak lebih dari 4 hari yaitu 41 orang atau 77,4 %. Kepatuhan responden terkait dengan clinical pathwaystroke iskemik termasuk dalam kategori tidak patuh, yaitu dilakukan terhadap 39 pasien (73,6%). Kesimpulan :Kepatuhan terkait clinical pathwaystroke iskemik termasuk dalam kategori tidak patuh. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah dilakukan audit pelaksanaan clinical pathwayberkala dan perlu dibentuknya unit khusus stroke. dc.description.abstractBackground: Stroke is a health problem that needs special attention. Clinical pathwayimplementation needs to be done in ischemic stroke patients, in order to create service costs and cost efficiency. To determine the implementation, compliance, and obstacles that faced by medical personnel in the implementation of the clinical pathwayof ischemic stroke at PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Method: This research using mixed method, with sequential explanatory design, for ischemic stroke patients. Research informants are neurologist who handle stroke patients, and medical committee members. Data collection was carried out with medical record documentation and interviews. This research used descriptive and qualitative analysis techniques. Results: The results of the study were mostly male patients, which were 30 people or 56.6%. Based on the highest age, it is 61-70 years, that is 14 people or 26.4%, and the length of treatment is more than 4 days, namely 41 people or 77.4%. Respondents compliance related to the clinical pathways of ischemic stroke were also included in the non-adherent category, which was carried out on 39 patients (73.6%). Conclusion: Implementation of clinical pathways of ischemic stroke is in good category. Compliance with the clinical pathways of ischemic stroke is also included in the non-compliance category. Efforts to carry out these examinations are carried out through the implementation of clinical pathways and the need to establish special stroke units.
